At Enki, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If a piece doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help you find the perfect alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Enki account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
