We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made pieces are final sale.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery and assembly for an additional fee at checkout, which includes professional setup and removal of all packaging materials.
How do I care for my Enki textiles?
Most of our textiles are machine washable on a gentle cycle, but we recommend air drying to preserve the integrity of the natural fibers. Specific care labels are attached to every item.
